About the Role
This is a Developer Ecosystem Lead role. You’ll work directly with developers and partners to grow the ecosystem, supporting mini apps, progressive web apps (PWAs), and other integrations. This role blends technical expertise with relationship-building, helping developers succeed while expanding the platform’s reach and impact.

What You’ll Do
- Shape and grow the developer ecosystem by connecting with high-quality partners and builders.
- Support integrations from onboarding to launch, ensuring successful developer experiences.
- Design and run programs that attract, support, and retain developers, including hackathons, bounties, and incentive structures.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling.
- Monitor ecosystem health, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Engage with regional and community initiatives to ensure solutions meet real-world user needs.
Must-Have Skills / Experience
- Hands-on experience with APIs (RESTful required, WebSocket a plus) and technical integrations.
- Experience supporting or managing developer programs, hackathons, bounties, or incentive structures.
- Comfortable performing technical demos, screenshares, and troubleshooting integrations.
- Familiarity with mini apps, PWAs, or similar developer-facing platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Able to analyze, track, and report developer program and ecosystem KPIs.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience in fintech, telecom, Bitcoin, or adjacent sectors.
- Understanding of privacy-conscious product design principles.
