What You’ll Do
- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions centered around Agentforce and AI-driven workflows
- Design scalable service, sales, and customer experience architectures
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into smart, future-ready solutions
- Guide implementation teams on best practices across integrations, data models, and automation
- Drive governance, security, and platform optimization across the Salesforce ecosystem
- Help organizations adopt AI agents responsibly and effectively
- Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Consultant
- Hands-on knowledge of Agentforce, automation, and AI capabilities within Salesforce
- Expertise across Salesforce platform architecture (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, integrations, APIs)
- Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and integration patterns
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business teams
- Experience with AI-driven customer service or conversational platforms
- Salesforce Architect certifications
- Background in digital transformation or CX modernization initiatives
