Salesforce Solution Architect

We’re looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect who wants to help shape the next generation of AI-powered customer engagement using Agentforce.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of Salesforce architecture, automation, and intelligent digital agents — designing scalable solutions that improve both customer and employee experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions centered around Agentforce and AI-driven workflows
• Design scalable service, sales, and customer experience architectures
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into smart, future-ready solutions
• Guide implementation teams on best practices across integrations, data models, and automation
• Drive governance, security, and platform optimization across the Salesforce ecosystem
• Help organizations adopt AI agents responsibly and effectively
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Architect or Senior Salesforce Consultant
• Hands-on knowledge of Agentforce, automation, and AI capabilities within Salesforce
• Expertise across Salesforce platform architecture (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, integrations, APIs)
• Experience designing enterprise-scale solutions and integration patterns
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and business teams

• Experience with AI-driven customer service or conversational platforms
• Salesforce Architect certifications
