We’re looking for a Systems Engineer with a strong aerospace background who understands the importance of clear, testable requirements and safety-driven design. You’ll work closely with systems, certification, and design engineers to develop and verify aircraft and system requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage aircraft, system, and component requirements
- Support system modeling, validation, and verification activities
- Contribute to safety analyses (FHA, FTA, FMEA) and certification efforts
- Manage requirements and workflows in an ALM environment
- Coordinate testing with systems and test engineers
What You Bring
- BS in an engineering discipline
- 2 years on Part 23 or Part 27 aircraft or rotorcraft programs
- Working knowledge of ARP 4754A and ARP 4761
- Familiarity with FAA certification processes and standards (DO-160G, DO-331, DO-178C)
- Experience collaborating with certification engineers, DERs, and design teams
Nice to Have
- Polarion ALM, CATIA, ANSYS
- Reliability tools and standards
- LabVIEW, Python, or test automation experience
