Clayton Services is searching for an Administrative Receptionist to join a North Houston area company. The Administrative Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, providing a welcoming and professional experience for clients, visitors, and staff.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Administrative Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, directing them appropriately
- Answer and direct incoming calls, and manage emails and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform data entry and provide general administrative support
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Support additional office tasks as needed
Administrative Receptionist Skills and Abilities:
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of standard office procedures and systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks is preferred.
Administrative Receptionist Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative support role preferred
