About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager who is a strong relationship builder and strategic networker to help grow and manage partnerships across the philanthropic ecosystem. The ideal candidate is passionate about the impact of philanthropy, brings international experience, and is comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to support business development and partnership growth, including:
- Developing and executing a partnership and growth strategy in coordination with leadership
- Identifying and cultivating new partnerships aligned with organizational goals
- Expanding the corporate and foundation giving portfolio, including Fortune 1000 companies
- Supporting grantmaking and administrative work as the portfolio grows
- Securing and managing sponsorships for key industry events and representing the organization externally (domestic and occasional international travel)
- Supporting marketing and communications efforts to increase visibility and impact
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in philanthropy, foundations, nonprofit organizations, or a related field
- Proven ability to build partnerships and secure new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the philanthropic sector and international giving trends (corporate giving/CSR experience a plus)
- International experience or proficiency in a foreign language preferred
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong commitment to equity, inclusion, and collaborative work environments
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000–$95,000 annually
