Key Responsibilities
In this role, the Partnerships Manager will identify and cultivate partnerships to support organizational growth:
- Manage a portfolio of donors and steward grantmaking in close collaboration with the Chief Partnerships Officer (CPO)
- Support new business development efforts by identifying and cultivating partnerships aligned with evolving strategic priorities and new audiences
- Grow the corporate giving portfolio by developing partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies and foundations
- Support the CPO in securing and managing sponsorships for key industry events and represent the organization at those events to further develop relationships (domestic and potential international travel required)
- Identify and support marketing and communications opportunities to profile the organization’s work
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of professional experience in global philanthropy, foundations, or the nonprofit sector
- Significant international experience
- A self-starter mindset with strong organizational and technical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive and respectful environment
Compensation: Gross annual salary range: $85,000–$95,000
