What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) position at Clara Martin Center?
Clara Martin Center is a non-profit community mental health center located in Central Vermont. We provide a variety of high quality behavioral health services to the residents of Orange County and surrounding towns, with offices located in Randolph, Bradford, Chelsea and Wilder.
We are looking for a qualified Chief Financial Officer who possesses the skills and expertise to meet the needs of our not for profit in rapidly changing times. This person must be able to gain knowledge of financial and clinical systems and apply strategies to this knowledge to assist us in successfully operating our service delivery system. This position will be responsible for public and private contract negotiations with state agencies and other vendors, budget preparation and analysis, cash flow management, audit coordination, contract compliance and oversight, strategic analysis, supervision of staff, and all financial administration functions of the agency. This person must be able to manage a group of dedicated staff in a changing environment and work with the overall Agency leadership in the organization. Candidates must have a minimum of a BA in Business, Management, Finance or related field; 5 years of Finance experience; prior work experience in health care preferred but not required.
