ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Manager, Creative Services

CJ 4DPLEX is looking for a dynamic and experienced Manager, Creative Services to join our team. This role plays a key part in developing and managing digital creative assets across platforms including social media, in-theater, and out-of-home advertising. You’ll lead creative marketing campaigns, collaborate with external vendors, and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for exhibitor and studio creative marketing campaigns
• Lead creative projects from concept to final delivery, working closely with editors, producers, and external vendors
• Oversee the development and distribution of campaign assets such as trailers, posters, talent content, in-theater bumpers, and toolkits
• Support in-house graphic design needs including presentations and internal materials
• Maintain brand integrity across all creative outputs

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in creative services or digital marketing, preferably in entertainment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Deep understanding of theatrical film marketing and digital content trends
• Established network of creative freelancers and agencies
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Expertise in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative problem-solver with a data-informed mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong judgment and presentation skills
• Adaptable to new tools and technologies; eager to learn
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools, Canva, and Microsoft Office

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation ranges from $77,233 to $98,276. We adhere to all applicable local laws regarding salary transparency and disclose ranges where legally required. The final offer will depend on a variety of factors including market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and other relevant considerations. Offers at the top end of the range are uncommon.
