Manager, Brand Communications

Position: Brand Communications Manager
We're looking for a dynamic communications professional to lead brand storytelling and engagement strategies for a fast-paced consumer-focused organization. This role blends creativity with strategic execution across brand strategy, influencer marketing, PR, and social media.

Location & Schedule:

• Hybrid - Greater Los Angeles area 

What You'll Do:

• Monitor analytics dashboards and conduct monthly reporting.
• Develop and execute integrated PR and communications strategies for one brand and product line.
• Oversee budgets and ensure excellence in event planning.
• Act as primary liaison for agency partners and support crisis communication needs.
• Create and review content for press releases, social media, and editorial calendars.
• Manage influencer programs, including KPI tracking, analytics, and reporting.
• Build influencer relationships, develop paid influencer strategies, and manage social content creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain consistent messaging and campaign success.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree
• Expertise in social strategy, influencer engagement, PR and media relations, and project management.
• 5 years of experience in brand management, communications, and PR
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
• Familiarity with SEO best practices
• Ability to work a hybrid in-office schedule
