This role requires someone proactive, adaptable, and confident in managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism. You’ll play a key role in keeping leadership organized, informed, and operating efficiently day-to-day.

Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership
- Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel logistics
- Draft and prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Track project progress, document meeting notes, and follow up on key deliverables
- Manage document workflows, including contracts, approvals, and recordkeeping
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Support office operations, including vendor coordination, supplies, and facilities needs
- Assist with planning meetings, events, and company functions
- Handle expense tracking, reimbursements, and basic financial support tasks
- Conduct research and assist with special projects as needed
- Complete occasional local errands to support executive priorities
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative support role
- Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
