  • Serve as the primary liaison with external marketing agencies, setting shared priorities and overseeing the creation of materials such as information sheets and digital content.
  • Design, update, and publish marketing and research publications related to economic development for clients, businesses, and the public.
  • Create and deliver professional PowerPoint presentations for City Council, the Economic Development Authority (EDA), partner agencies, and stakeholder events.
  • Plan and manage department business appreciation events, including coordinating caterers, venue setup, participant communication, and task assignments.
  • Coordinate high-profile events such as groundbreakings, ribbon cuttings, and open houses, managing day-of activities, work delegation, photography, and protocol logistics.
  • Research and analyze economic data using various methodologies and provide informed recommendations.
  • Prepare presentation materials and proposals aimed at maintaining or generating additional revenue for the City.
  • Develop and maintain an automated database of commercial and industrial real estate within the City.
  • Oversee a comprehensive economic research program using media sources, literature, online tools, and interviews.
  • Respond to inquiries and follow up on leads related to property information, economic expansion, and related topics.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide demographic and statistical data to support studies and reports.
