About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Accounting Administrator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate who brings strong accounting fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced

Key Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions accurately and on schedule.
- Conduct past-due collections with professionalism and clear communication.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and submit invoices; monitor outstanding balances.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, document management, and responding to internal and external inquiries.
- Update and maintain accounting databases and internal financial systems.
- Review internal reports for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with management, clients, and vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in AP/AR or bookkeeping.
- 2 years of experience with QuickBooks (required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience with additional accounting platforms.
- Prior month-end closing exposure.
- Collections experience in a professional services environment.
