CSP has partnered with a multi-billion-dollar Registered Investment Advisory team that provides personalized financial planning and advice to ultra-high net worth families, business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, elite athletes, and entertainers to find a Private Wealth Associate who will deliver boutique services to their highly esteemed clients.
The Private Wealth Associate (PWA) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients while contributing to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, and achieving operational targets.
This role helps clients effectively allocate capital through long-term planning and portfolio strategy, facilitates access to public and private alternative investments, real estate, and unique direct deal flow, and ensures the seamless management of relationships with tax accountants, attorneys, and other service providers. In addition, the PWA assists in legacy preservation planning through estate planning, philanthropy, and family services, including governance, succession planning, risk management, and education of future generations.
Main Responsibilities
- Provides exceptional service to an assigned group of client accounts.
- Manages client onboarding and ensures correct documentation for opening new accounts.
- Continuously monitors client accounts and service requests.
- Builds and solidifies relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing customer support.
- Resolves issues in a manner that is appropriate for both the client and the company.
- Uses systems, services, and resources to execute work as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Leads appropriate resources to address client needs.
- Maintains complete and accurate client and policy data within company systems.
- Executes administrative tasks when appropriate, including scheduling, handling calls, travel arrangements, and expense management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of client service and/or claims management experience, or High School diploma/GED with 10 years of client service and/or financial management experience.
- Series 65 or 66 license, or a strong interest in obtaining one.
- Proficiency in MS Office, custodian platforms, and other desktop applications.
- Ability to manage and balance multiple priorities effectively.
- Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with proprietary software.
- Exceptional interpersonal and client service skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and positive attitude.
- Proactively communicates with all stakeholders regarding task status and completion.
- Technical experience with Fidelity, eMoney, Orion, Salesforce, and Excel preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
