Chesapeake Search Partners is working with an established client to bring on an Investment Operations Analyst to support a broad range of investment-related activities. This role plays a key part in keeping information, reporting, and workflows aligned across multiple teams while supporting both new and existing investment projects.
What You’ll Do
- Help manage and organize investment data across several internal systems
- Support onboarding for new investment projects, including preparing materials and ensuring required documentation is completed
- Partner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and underwriting to keep project information up to date
- Assist with quarterly budget updates, variance tracking, and overall project monitoring
- Maintain tools and dashboards used for reporting to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with outside partners and consultants to gather and validate project details
- Contribute to process improvements and help streamline operational workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in an environment where organization, accuracy, and follow-through are essential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Advanced Excel abilities; familiarity with systems like Salesforce, Smartsheet, Anaplan, Yardi, or FloQast is helpful
- Someone who enjoys learning new tools, managing multiple moving pieces, and supporting investment-focused work
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
