What You'll Do
- Manage investment project data and support quarterly updates across multiple systems
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of investment projects
- Analyze project data, investigate discrepancies, and help ensure reporting accuracy
- Partner with teams across investment, finance, operations, and business development to support project execution
- Assist with onboarding new investment projects and maintaining related documentation and reporting
- Contribute to process improvements and help enhance investment operations workflows
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, investment operations, FP&A, accounting, or a related analytical role
- Strong Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Anaplan, Smartsheet, Yardi, or similar business systems is a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
