• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions.
• Handle construction-specific accounting tasks, including project cost tracking and budget management.
• Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills for data analysis, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Administrative Support:
• Execute social media management tasks to enhance the firm’s online presence and engage with the community.
• Provide personal assistant duties, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and provide insightful reports.
• Maintain organized financial records, adhering to industry-specific accounting standards.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
• In-depth knowledge of business and construction accounting principles.
