- general ledger entries
- bank reconciliations
- accounts payable/receivable
- managing company travel
- Assist with additional accounting and administrative projects as defined by the controller.
- 3 years diverse bookkeeping experience necessary
- Knowledge of QuickBooks required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Navision a plus.
- Some property management experience is a bonus.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Capable of managing multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced, complex setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel skills.
