- Oversee financial reporting, including investor and external requirements
- Manage residential real estate and HUD accounting and compliance
- Partner closely with the CFO on cash flow, forecasting, and scaling the finance function
- 10 years of accounting experience within real estate (residential / HUD strongly preferred)
- Proven experience leading and developing teams at the VP of Accounting or senior accounting level
- Strong background in investor and external financial reporting
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or Master’s preferred
