Vice President of International Accounting | Boston | Hybrid
Our client, a leading global private equity firm is seeking a Vice President of International Accounting in their Boston office to support global financial operations across international entities.
This is a high-visibility role focused on international accounting, consolidations, statutory reporting, month-end close, audit support, and financial analysis within a fast-paced global environment.
This position will pay between 175-200K on a base salary
- Lead international accounting and reporting activities
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and consolidations
- Partner with Tax, Legal, FP&A, and external auditors
- Support statutory reporting, audits, and board-level reporting
- Drive process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements
- Coordinate with global service providers and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree Required, CPA a plus
- 10 years of accounting experience
- Big 4 or large public accounting experience preferred, Public Accounting experience required
- Strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Experience with multinational entities and foreign currency reporting
- Advanced Excel skills; Workday experience preferred
- Highly visible role with global exposure
