What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking a lead role in month‑end and year‑end close
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements & account reconciliations
- Working cross‑functionally with operations and leadership
- Assisting with process improvements, automation, and efficiency efforts
- Supporting audits and ensuring a clean, accurate general ledger
- Owning critical tasks while growing toward more advanced responsibilities
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 2–5 years of accounting experience
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivots, formulas)
- Someone who’s organized, collaborative, and hungry to grow
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, Sage, SAP, QuickBooks, etc. — any is fine!)
- $60K–$75K base salary
- Growth into senior‑level responsibilities
