Key Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
- Perform monthly account and bank reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Support inventory accounting and physical inventory processes.
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules.
- Assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Support ERP system processes and continuous improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing and inventory accounting experience preferred.
