- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger transactions.
- Prepare and post month-end journal entries and assist with the month-end close process.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Maintain and update fixed asset and depreciation schedules.
- Support general accounting functions, reporting, reconciliations, and other day-to-day bookkeeping needs as needed.
- Previous accounting experience
- Non profit is a plus
- Intermediate excel skills- pivot tables and vlookups
- Good communication skills and strong attention to detail
