Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming invoices from the AP inbox and ensure they are properly recorded.
- Execute ACH payments and assist with reconciling transactions to the general ledger.
- Support the processing of company credit card transactions when necessary.
- Serve as a point of contact for staff and vendor questions related to accounts payable.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing tasks alongside the accounting team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or comparable experience (4 years).
- Minimum of 2 years working in an accounts payable function.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or similar software is strongly preferred.
