- The Senior Payroll Analyst will process biweekly payroll accurately and timely while ensuring employee pay, deductions, and adjustments are properly reflected
- Review payroll information and support data to identify discrepancies and ensure payroll records remain accurate
- Respond to employee payroll questions and provide timely resolutions to issues involving pay, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters
- Perform payroll reconciliations and research variances to ensure payroll-related accounts and records are accurate
- Prepare payroll reports and assist with year-end processing, audits, and required payroll reporting
- 3 years of payroll experience with increasing responsibility
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, deductions and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
