- Support month‑end close for COGS, inventory reconciliations, and cost allocations
- Prepare costing reports, margin analysis, and recommendations
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and finance to resolve costing and inventory issues
- Assist with process improvements and system optimization initiatives
- 3–5 years of cost accounting or manufacturing accounting experience
- Strong standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting background
- Experience identifying and correcting financial statement discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CMA preferred
