Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant
- Review and analyze financial data from multiple locations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- The Senior Accountant will prepare and distribute weekly and month-end financial reports
- Support the close process through journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Partner with operations to provide financial insights and respond to ad hoc requests
- Manage billing processes and assist with audit support as needed
- The Senior Accountant will maintain data integrity across accounting and reporting systems
- Assist with budgeting processes, including troubleshooting variances and maintaining reporting structures
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7 years of accounting or finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and close processes
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite or similar platforms preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
