As a Senior Accountant, you’ll contribute directly to the financial strength and success of the company by overseeing core accounting functions and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple business areas.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Preparing journal entries for accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash activity
- Performing budget-to-actual variance analysis and account reconciliations
- Maintaining general ledger integrity and reconciling fixed asset records
- Assisting with project billing and monthly pay applications
- Supporting internal controls and continuous process improvement
- Providing audit documentation for internal and external reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 3 years in public accounting or 6 years in general ledger accounting
- Construction industry or job costing experience is a major plus
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
