What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Accountant position at Top Stack?
We are looking for a Senior Accountant to support month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and core accounting operations at a growing organization.
What You’ll Do
- Support month-end close and ensure accurate financial records
- Review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness
- Manage fixed asset accounting and related schedules
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain supporting records
- Handle sales and use tax filings
- Assist with accounting process improvements and system enhancements
- Partner with leadership and external accounting resources on key initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent experienence
- 5 years of accounting experience
- Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) required
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, fixed assets, inventory, and reconciliations
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and collaboration skills
Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
