Compensation

- Lead accounting on major state/county contracts across 12 programs
- Cross-functional collaboration with operations and program leaders
- Drive monthly and quarterly contract revenue recognition, posting entries and reconciliations for state and county programs
- Manage financial reporting for 3–4 core contracts (up to 12 programs), ensuring data integrity and timely submissions
- Coordinate unit-of-service data gathering with program managers, proactively identifying discrepancies and resolving issues
- Prepare, review, and modify budgets, ensuring contract and compliance alignment; submit budget modifications as needed
- Utilize Sage Intacct to generate and analyze program-level reports; provide support on ad hoc assignments as bandwidth allows
- Strong accounting background with proven experience in revenue recognition and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication in a multi-person finance environment
