- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and applicable regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions
- Mentor junior accounting staff and support their professional development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Operations, Finance, and Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- High attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive financial information #INDEC2025
