Senior Accountant (Accounting Tax Advisory)
Cleveland, OH | Hybrid
Salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant who brings strong accounting and tax experience and is ready to step into a more client-facing, advisory-oriented role.
What You’ll Do
- Own monthly accounting and financials for a portfolio of small business clients
- Assist team with personal and business tax returns and tax planning
- Support fractional CFO work including cash flow analysis, budgeting, and financial insights
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for some small business clients
- Explain financials in plain English and help clients understand what to do next
- Help improve processes and support junior team members
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of public accounting experience
- Experience with both accounting and tax
- Strong understanding of small business financials
- Comfortable working directly with clients and owning relationships
- Experience with Quickbooks Online
- Based in or near Cleveland and able to commute for hybrid work
