- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze revenue drivers and business performance
- Support forecasting and profitability analysis across segments and product lines
- Perform account reconciliations, investigate variances, and ensure data accuracy
- Review and approve financial transactions within the ERP system
- Maintain oversight of sales tax and business tax reporting compliance
- Prepare audit schedules and support both internal and external audits
- Ensure adherence to GAAP and internal financial controls
- Contribute to monthly and annual financial reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in partnership with leadership
- Lead or contribute to special projects and process improvements
- Mentor and support development of finance team members
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA preferred (or in progress)
- Strong experience with ASC 606 and GAAP revenue recognition
- ~5 years of accounting experience within a corporate or global environment
- ~3 years of revenue recognition experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
- Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Exposure to multi-currency and global operations
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
- Ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights clearly
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, business-partner mindset
