Revenue Manager (Multifamily Real Estate)

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 Bonus

Location: Remote

Must currently reside in or be within commuting distance of the Greater San Antonio area.

Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager

  • Develop and execute revenue strategies across a portfolio of multifamily assets
  • Analyze occupancy trends, leasing performance, renewal conversions, and market conditions to maximize portfolio performance
  • Build and maintain revenue plans, forecasts, and performance reporting for assigned communities
  • Partner directly with Regional Property Managers and Operations teams to align pricing and leasing strategies
  • Monitor market conditions, competitive positioning, and pricing trends across assigned markets
  • Lead recurring portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to improve revenue and asset performance
  • Support lease-up communities through pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and market analysis
  • Manage new lease pricing and renewal strategies across assigned assets
  • Present recommendations and performance updates to leadership teams
  • Translate operational and financial data into actionable business recommendations

Qualifications For The Revenue Manager

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, revenue strategy, or portfolio analytics
  • Current multifamily industry experience required
  • Experience supporting market-rate apartment communities strongly preferred
  • Experience analyzing occupancy, leasing performance, pricing strategy, and portfolio KPIs
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CoStar, LRO, YieldStar, or similar multifamily platforms preferred
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
  • Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to operational and executive stakeholders
