Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager
- Develop and execute revenue strategies across a portfolio of multifamily assets
- Analyze occupancy trends, leasing performance, renewal conversions, and market conditions to maximize portfolio performance
- Build and maintain revenue plans, forecasts, and performance reporting for assigned communities
- Partner directly with Regional Property Managers and Operations teams to align pricing and leasing strategies
- Monitor market conditions, competitive positioning, and pricing trends across assigned markets
- Lead recurring portfolio review meetings and provide recommendations to improve revenue and asset performance
- Support lease-up communities through pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and market analysis
- Manage new lease pricing and renewal strategies across assigned assets
- Present recommendations and performance updates to leadership teams
- Translate operational and financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, revenue strategy, or portfolio analytics
- Current multifamily industry experience required
- Experience supporting market-rate apartment communities strongly preferred
- Experience analyzing occupancy, leasing performance, pricing strategy, and portfolio KPIs
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Experience with Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, CoStar, LRO, YieldStar, or similar multifamily platforms preferred
- Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
- Ability to communicate recommendations effectively to operational and executive stakeholders
