Key Responsibilities of the Revenue Manager
- Manage revenue strategy and pricing recommendations across a portfolio of multifamily assets
- Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, occupancy, lease-up performance, and revenue opportunities
- Develop and maintain revenue plans, forecasts, budgets, and performance reporting for assigned properties
- Partner with Regional Property Managers and Operations leadership to influence pricing, leasing, and renewal strategies
- Conduct portfolio performance reviews and identify opportunities to maximize revenue and NOI
- Lead recurring property and portfolio strategy meetings with operational stakeholders
- Monitor market conditions and provide recommendations based on supply, demand, rent growth, and competitive activity
- Support lease-up communities through pricing strategy, performance monitoring, and operational guidance
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Serve as a strategic advisor by translating data into actionable business recommendations
Qualifications For The Revenue Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in multifamily revenue management, asset management, property management analytics, operational finance, or related real estate functions
- Strong understanding of multifamily operations, leasing, occupancy, pricing strategy, and revenue optimization
- Experience supporting market-rate apartment communities preferred
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Ability to interpret complex data and communicate recommendations to non-financial audiences
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience with revenue management platforms, property management systems, and business intelligence tools is highly preferred
