- Experience in sales, recruiting, or staffing preferred—this includes sales and hiring in retail and hospitality, and recruiting in admissions or career services
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, driven, and a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience and/or confidence to communicate with all levels in an organization
- Highly organized and good at prioritizing – this is a fast-paced recruitment and placement process
- Good sense of humor

Salary : $55,000 - $85,000
