Key Responsibilities
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive payroll and employee data.
- Process biweekly payroll accurately and on schedule using payroll software.
- Review and reconcile payroll records and reports.
- Manage and approve employee timecards within the time management system.
- Administer and maintain system access for new hires and employee updates.
- Generate, review, and distribute payroll and timekeeping reports as needed.
- Process commission schedules and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with garnishment, child support, and other withholding orders.
- Respond to employee and management payroll inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with payroll audits and reporting requirements.
- Support training and onboarding of payroll team members when needed.
- Collaborate closely with leadership on payroll matters and special projects.
- Maintain compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework or certification preferred.
- Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of payroll processing experience using payroll and reporting systems.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
