- Process weekly, multi-state payroll for approximately 2,000 employees using Paylocity
- Prepare, review, and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with prevailing wage requirements (including Davis-Bacon and related regulations)
- Review time and labor data to ensure accurate wage classifications, overtime calculations, and fringe benefit allocations
- Edit, validate, and resubmit certified payroll filings as needed to resolve discrepancies or rejections
- Partner with Time & Labor and Operations teams to address missing punches, job coding issues, and payroll discrepancies
- Reconcile payroll-related accounts and support reporting for accounting and audit purposes
- Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation for compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support payroll tax reporting, audits, and year-end processes
- 5 years of payroll experience in a high-volume environment
- Direct experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance (including Davis-Bacon and related regulations)
- Strong understanding of multi-state payroll laws, wage classifications, and compliance requirements
- Experience in construction, field services, or project-based environments preferred
- Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems preferred
- High level of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Salary : $75,000 - $87,000
