Payroll Analyst or Sr Specialist
Initial 2mth contract, with potential to move to FTE
Ideally looking for someone in Denver, CO (this will help with conversion opportunities)
Full time vacancy for a Sr Payroll Analyst left. 6-8wk interim, from administrative support. Is potential to convert.
Our client is actively seeking an immediate start Payroll Analyst. As noted above, ideally someone who can be local to the Denver, CO area, and be hybrid to the office. If you are remote, the chances of conversion are unlikely.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the payroll mailbox and action as needed.
- Reporting via WorkDay. Exporting and loading into appropriate secure location.
- Payroll support – every 2wks run payroll. Responsible for email reminders for time records (personalized), any data inputs (don’t have too many), run reports and flag discrepancies for audit reports.
- Create port payroll reports for Manager.
- Invoicing to track the money going out.
- Light accounting reconciliation.
- Quarterly reporting’s.
- Initial audit work.
Experience:
- 3-5 yrs of experience
- Excel – intermediate
- WorkDay HCM experience
- Stock Comp experience ideal
