- Manage financial performance for manufacturing operations, including inventory, cost of goods sold, and capital expenditures
- Prepare forecasts, budgets, financial reporting, and variance analysis to support business decisions
- Lead month-end close activities, inventory reconciliations, and operational performance reporting
- Partner with operations and cross-functional teams to identify cost savings opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate costing, financial controls, and compliance with corporate reporting requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5 years of manufacturing finance or cost accounting experience
- Strong SAP experience, including production orders, internal orders, and cost center accounting
- Experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and standard costing
- Strong analytical, communication, and business partnering skills
