$65,000 to $75,000 per year

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives, and event-related activities for a service-based organization. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys content creation, coordination, and working across teams in a fast-paced environment. The organization is a global service provider with both international offices as well as a strong north American office located in the NW suburbs of Chicago

What You’ll Do as a Marketing Specialist

• Manage the monthly newsletter and intranet content
• Support social media marketing by creating visual and written content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X
• Create and update website content and assist with external email campaigns
• Coordinate and maintain marketing content systems, including digital displays and internal sales materials
• The Marketing Specialist will support customer success content (articles, videos), including proofreading and adapting existing materials
• You will assist with event marketing, including invitations, communications, logistics support, and press coordination
• The Marketing Specialist will provide graphic design support and prepare marketing materials for leadership review
• Support digital marketing and other team projects as assigned
  
  

What We’re Looking For as a Marketing Specialist

• 1 or more years of experience in marketing
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content management systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
