- Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial integrity across all accounting activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA strongly preferred
- 10 years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles
- Deep experience in manufacturing accounting required
- Background in public companies or Fortune 500 environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and internal control frameworks
- Prior public accounting or audit experience is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience
- Proven leadership ability with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
