IT Vendor & Financial Analyst

Location: Fairview, OR (Onsite)

Compensation: $90,000–$100,000 base 20% target bonus

Overview

The IT Vendor & Financial Analyst supports financial planning, budgeting, and vendor management across the IT organization. This role partners closely with IT leadership and Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, cost control, and financial transparency while maximizing value from technology vendors and contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage IT budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Track IT spend across software, hardware, cloud, and services
• Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities
• Support vendor contracts, renewals, invoicing, and compliance
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and project teams on financial planning and analysis
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related field
• 3 years of experience in IT finance, FP&A, or vendor management
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with IT procurement processes
• JD Edwards experience preferred
