This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role supporting accounting operations across multiple locations. The Controller will play a key role in financial reporting, operational partnership, and driving process improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee the month-end and year-end close process across multiple sites
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules
- Manage general ledger activity, reconciliations, and ensure reporting accuracy
- Partner with operations and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
- Analyze inventory, standard costing, and manufacturing variances
- Support ERP system functionality, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls
- Prior experience in a Controller or senior-level accounting role
- Background in manufacturing, distribution, or a multi-site product-based environment
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory, and standard costing
- Experience working in a multi-entity or multi-location structure
- Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Business Central, NAV, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $120,000 - $130,000
