About The Financial Coordinator Role
- Overall bookkeeping functions including: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and payroll.
- Sales and use tax reporting | State & Federal Quarterly & Annual Tax Filings.
- Coordinating employee benefits
- Specific reporting
- Office administration duties.
- Additional tasks as assigned.
- Minimum of 7 years of Bookkeeping experience
- 3 years of QuickBooks experience
- Proficiency with MS Office products
