What You'll Do

• Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and analytics that support business and operational decisions
• Analyze financial performance, trends, and key metrics for leadership teams
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes
• Develop and enhance reporting solutions using Excel, SQL, Power Query, and business intelligence tools
• Lead special projects and ad hoc analyses from concept to completion
• Partner with multiple departments to provide data-driven insights and reporting support
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7 years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or financial reporting experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables, complex formulas, and automation
• Experience with SQL, databases, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
• Professional services or law firm experience is a plus
• CPA preferred but not required
