This role offers unique and developmental opportunities, including:
- Presenting to Leadership and partnering with OU & Functional leaders on a regular basis
- Owning processes and leading key initiatives with Operating Unit Finance, Corporate P&A and Strategy, Investor Relations, Supply Chain, Sales & Trade, and the Global FP&A Capabilities team, among others
- Leading analysis and reporting for strategic projects, such as category growth exposure, portfolio shaping and M&A integration, and long-term financial modeling
- Gaining experience with annual planning, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes with exposure to all areas of the P&L, establishing a solid foundation for future commercial and enterprise roles
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Transform financial data into digestible deliverables for leadership on a regular basis
- Lead and streamline monthly & annual PEAK processes (financial estimates, results, long-range planning)
- Lead OU P&A community to ensure consistency, drive collaboration, and implement best practices
- Develop and implement new reporting tools & capabilities for the Finance function
- Provide thought leadership and analytical support on key segment & functional strategic initiatives
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- B.A. or B.S in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 or more years of work experience
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years of work experience
- Working knowledge of Finance systems (AFO, BPC, Tableau, SAP)
- Previous experience in planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
