- Manage and monitor inventory, perform cycle counts, and collaborate with production teams on cost accuracy.
- Perform month‑end close, including GL balancing, allocations, and timely reporting.
- Investigate and analyze production variances and cost fluctuations; support material cost accuracy.
- Provide backup support across accounting functions including AP/AR, production accounting, and rental tracking.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills (SUMIFS, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, concatenation) and work within the company’s ERP system.
- Manufacturing cost accounting experience required.
- Strong Excel skills including SUMIFS, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, concatenation, and advanced formulas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred; relevant experience also valued.
