- Lead the consolidation and financial reporting process across 30 reporting entities
- Review entity financials, reconciliations, intercompany activity, and consolidation entries
- Manage intercompany eliminations and multi-currency activity
- Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close across multiple entities
- Support the integration of newly acquired entities
- Improve reporting templates, accounting systems, processes, and data accuracy
- Partner with local accounting teams and corporate leadership to resolve reporting issues
- Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and other finance teams
- Lead and develop accounting team members
- 6–10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience
- Strong multi-entity accounting and consolidation experience
- Experience with intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
- Exposure to multi-currency accounting strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Advanced accounting/financial systems experience
- Experience with Planful/Host Analytics, OneStream, Oracle, SAP, BPC, Tagetik, Hyperion, or similar systems preferred
- Strong Excel skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing or other complex multi-entity industry experience preferred
- CPA or Master’s degree a plus
