The Role: Controller

As Controller, you’ll be a trusted strategic partner to ownership and oversee all financial operations across the enterprise. This hands-on leadership role requires both strategic vision and a willingness to get into the weeds.

What You’ll Do: Controller

• Own financial leadership across all divisions: accounting, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
• Implement and optimize ERP and financial systems
• Lead financial planning, modeling, and performance analysis by division
• Oversee monthly close, financial statement preparation, and internal controls
• Manage banking, bonding, insurance, and cash flow
• Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and compliance
• Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and ownership team
• Mentor and develop the finance/accounting team
• Support capital planning and M&A analysis
  
  

What You Bring: Controller

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 6 years of related leadership experience
• ERP implementation experience is a plus
