- Review credit holds and release orders based on payment status
- Generate statements, monitor payment promises, and follow up for resolution
- 2 years of B2B collections experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Experience working with SAP (preferred)
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to manage collections conversations and resolve payment issues
Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
