Job Title: Billing Specialist

Pay Range: $70,000–$75,000, depending on experience.

Location: Hillsboro, OR (Onsite with future hybrid opportunity)

You’ll partner closely with account and sales teams, own the invoicing process end-to-end, and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, profitability, and compliance across contracts and change orders. Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate project invoices using contracts, change orders, and job cost data
• Partner with accounting and sales teams to ensure timely, accurate billing and issue resolution
• Analyze costs and margins, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend improvements
• Monitor unbilled, uncontracted, and storage-related work for completeness
• Maintain organized billing, contract, and job documentation
• Manage billing data and job numbers within the ERP system
• Communicate complex billing issues clearly to internal stakeholders
• Support team priorities and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of contract or project-based billing experience
• Manufacturing, production, or project-driven invoicing experience
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Excellent attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, clear written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong overall Microsoft Office skills
