What You’ll Be Doing
- Turn quotes, work orders, and contracts into accurate invoices—no detail slips by you.
- Work closely with project and sales teams to make sure billing aligns with contracts and job costs.
- Keep billing records organized and up to date so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Track job statuses, storage billing, and unbilled work to make sure everything gets processed on time.
- Help resolve billing questions quickly and clearly, both internally and with clients.
- Pitch in with month-end tasks, reconciliations, and other accounting support as needed.
- You’ve got 3–5 years of billing, AR, or contract administration experience.
- Accuracy is your superpower—you catch the small things before they become big things.
- You’re comfortable juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excel is your friend—you know your way around formulas, lookups, and organizing data.
- You communicate clearly, whether it’s an email, a call, or a quick check-in with your teammate.
- You’ll be part of a team that values ownership, collaboration, and getting things done.
